AsPaid: Expense Manager

Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026 · AsPaid is published by BigInt Games.

These terms cover the AsPaid app for Android and iOS. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be got past.

What you get

A personal licence to use AsPaid on devices you own or control. The app is free, there are no adverts, and nothing in it is sold on the strength of your data.

Your account and your storage

You sign in with Google or Apple, and your book is stored in your own Google Drive or iCloud account. Those accounts are yours and are governed by Google's and Apple's own terms. Keeping them secure — and keeping enough space in them for syncing to work — is down to you.

Your account is how you get back in

Your book is encrypted on your device before it is stored, and the key lives in the same private folder in your own cloud account. Signing in on a new device is what releases it — there is no key for you to keep and nothing to type.

That makes your Google or Apple account the thing that protects your expenses. If you lose access to that account, or delete the AsPaid folder from it, we cannot restore your book — we never had a copy.

Exchange rates are a reference, not a statement of account

Converted amounts are worked out from rates published by third-party services, recorded on the day you entered the expense and editable by you afterwards. They are a reference for your own records. They are not the rate your bank or card issuer charged you, and they are not advice of any kind — financial, tax or accounting.

Your records are yours to check

AsPaid records what you enter and shows it back to you. Making sure the figures are right, and that they meet whatever obligations you have — tax, accounting, expenses or anything else — is your responsibility.

What you agree not to do

Availability

The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will always be available or always be free of faults. It depends on services we do not run — Google, Apple and two public rate services — and those can change or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data where access to your cloud account was lost.

Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can stop using AsPaid at any time: sign out, delete everything from Settings, and remove the app. We may end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the app will say so before the change takes effect, not only this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
