Delete your account

You can delete your AsPaid account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.
From the app
Settings → Delete everything, then confirm. You may be asked to sign in with Google or Apple once more first — that is them checking it is really you.
What is deleted
- Your account — the sign-in record AsPaid keeps with Google Firebase.
- Your book — every profile, currency, category, bill and expense, from your Google Drive or iCloud folder and from the phone.
- The key that encrypted it.
- Our access to your Google Drive. If you signed in with Apple, the link between your Apple ID and AsPaid is revoked too.
Nothing is kept afterwards. We never held a copy of your book, so there is nothing for us to restore from, and nothing is retained for any period.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@bigintgames.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete the account within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Your book itself is in your own storage, and you can remove it yourself at any time:
- Google Drive — Drive → Settings → Manage apps → AsPaid → Delete hidden app data.
- iCloud — Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → AsPaid → Delete Data.
